Multi user install installs a clean up service that is used to clean up roaming users data directory on multi user machines. The clean up interval is set in the user's person record when you upgrade them to roaming. Check in the public NAB for these users and see whet the roaming tab says for clean up. It sounds like they have the interval set to clean up at shutdown. However, what's odd here is that the users aren't roaming yet, correct?
